You can make the title look special with extra styling or increased size
If you still prefer to use normal font for the buttons text, I would suggest try making them all caps/bold
You can still make them different themed, but it will look a lot cleaner if the resolution/art style was consistent. You could even try giving them a themed background instead of just grey ^^
