Each command only does one thing at a time

Adding to 2 scoreboards is 2 things

So you need 2 commands

If that's what you mean it would just be /execute as @a[hasitem={item=wheat}] positioned as @s if block ~~-1~ respawn_anchor run scoreboard players add @s money2 250

As a new command
