#Particles desync from locator when entity rotates

Does anyone know why this happens and if there's something I can do to fix it? Why do bones not struggle from the same issue? I have particles emit from my entities feet when it walks and sometimes they'll come out with what looks like an offset. Why isn't the same logic that's used to keep track of pivot points used for the locators?

It's hard to get a picture of it as it happens somewhat infrequently. But enough that I feel the need to fix it.

if i put the locator in a bone at the same location would that work better?
