Could you elaborate on the "simply misbehave"? In what way is the projectile not behaving as you expected

It hits the owner's hitbox instantly the moment it is summoned and the owner takes damage even though I applied a filter on the owner's damage sensor to not take damage from its own projectile

Sometimes the projectile is fired inaccurately

I'm pretty sure you can set the projectile offset just a few decimals in front of the player

But, the projectile component doesn't really seem to respect the vanilla projectiles properties which is quite unfortunate
