Reset Player progress on a world/server?

Was wondering whether or not there's a way to 100% completely reset a players progress in a server, and i don't mean just items I mean EVERYTHING including spawn place, xp level, items, scoreboards, components, component_groups, etc just absolutely everything.

Was specifically wondering if there's a way to do this with either file editing or an app.

You can use a command to reset someone spawn point and a command for xp and a command for items and scoreboard

Also you could use a function
