#Custome 3D block with variant texture

i cant seem to get it working in terrain_texture properly
so did this
youll have to specify it in the block json, but its do-able
ok, so, in the block json, in events there is a randomize event, which is triggered to change to any one permutation when the plkayer places the block, each permutation 1-4 has a different rexture associated to it, these are then in turn are stated in the terrain_texture.json. ive sent my test project for you to look through and try to understand
