Java crawling is possible in Bedrock just not like in Java. You need to use water (I think this is the only way) and sprint to go into swim mode and then swim into a 1 tall hole. You will still stay in crawl mode without the water until you get to a spot with a height of 2 or more. You can not sneak under slabs in Bedrock.
