Im having trouble controlling the brightness on the emissive channel. It seems like it just goes bright or emit any light. Cant seem to make it dim

Hey @stoic orchid, I've had a couple issues with server desync recently and I have no idea how I can fix this
The particle represents where the server thinks the player is
as you can see I land on that platform but the particle falls then it teleports to me again, its like the server resyncs with the client

Here you can see it too on a simpler situation; i just jumped into a corner of a wall and the particle went straight then teleported to me

this issue is ruining my addon as it depends on the server like 99% of the time

or anyone else knows any way to fix this?

I've noticed the same issue when using knockback roar sometimes

and yea, knockback roar desyncs the client from the server making the player teleport to where its supposed to be

this is the opposite, and happens everywhere instead of with knockback

If it doesn't happen in vanilla, it might be to do with speed or jump strength modification if you're applying any of those

Nailing down the issue for a bug report would help to resolve this quicker, if it hasn't been reported before

This is actually a problem bedrock itself. The server sometimes miscalculates the player's position. It's more problematic when the server is lagging or there's a high ping

It's the cause for quite a few "unfair deaths"

Bedrock by default treats player movement as server authoritative

Updated a block to 1.20.40 and the icon has completely changed, I just don't know when since it was previously in 1.16.100

Any chance on some of the longer recipe names being shortened in the VPs? Windows 11 doesn't like it when you try and copy paste a file with a name that is too long. It's also annoying to try and change that, the one attempt I did at changing the registry to extend length didn't do anything.
