It was basically a ton of common sense for the most part, or at least that’s how it was for most of the time before the exam

So I went in, I wasn’t worried, slammed through it and got a 66%

Which btw is failing

So of course I took it again, with some extra help

And got a 68%

Now , I’m thinking, how tf is this possible

Then the idea that I should have paid attention to at least one thing in that class passes in my head, but then I’m like, nah

So then I run through it one more time, with a lot of extra help

I got a 70%

No way that exam wasn’t rigged

If you really consume and study the tons of free, and probably even better paid resources for the ACT

I really don’t think it would be hard to get a good score, it’s just that no one has time for that

Tbf most people do not have the mental capacity the discipline or even the memory to pull off a perfect score so they wouldn’t perform that well even with all the proper resources and time

I think it’s bad personally, at least from a artist learning perspective

But it’s the only art book I can find that’s on birds

It’s not like the information is bad, it’s just presented in such a way that makes it so I have to decode everything, and there are a ton of words, a ton of words and not too much drawing going on

I now see why artists liked the loomis books so much, many drawings, and the words used were few and perfectly described what was happening

I found a super helpful youtube playlist made by mary something, she explains everything very nicely

This person asked to rate their art, I gave them a 4/10, and quite honestly I was thinking of giving them a 3/10, and I also explained I was rating from a point of how much technical prowess they it showed

Then I had to explain my rating and if I liked or disliked it were two different things

While I don’t care much about the situation, i want to hear ur opinion since ur basically an unbiased bystander in this situation
