Dwarves are complicated they start off so weak and expand so slowly but then once they reach atleast 100 people they start to dominate

If the Chidal collapses then maybe they could strike east but that's gonna have to be after securing their own side of the River, and relying on a chance that might not come in time before they are annexed. Once the Chidal starts sending ships upriver they're done.

Yeah I’m guessing all nations have docks at this point if chidal gets the chance they can expand through pretty much all of the south because of the rivers. If chidal collapses Iludo can take all of that land though they have to cross the river. The Oh can send there ships through the northern Ocean and into the land north east and begin taking land south until they meet the Iludo

Yeah. Iludo's fatal flaw in all this is they don't have harbor to build docks so unless they invade and take Oh's coastline they are sitting ducks.

Meanwhile according to a Chidalon Expeditionary Soldier en route to meet with Dwarves, strange green skinned people have begun to settle the southern frontiers. They seem aggressive but not violent. Time will tell if they will be a problem or if the Chidalon's might will crush them before they become one.

My headcanon now is that his possession of the staff allowed him to ascend and now he's the new god in this world lol. Now the Fire Elves will be the first to populate the map. Once they are well established I will introduce new races on the mainland.

I've noticed once an empire is big enough, rebellions just get squashed because of the insane amount of warriors.

Not sure why you haven't had any small ones though.

i’ve had the same problem, but over time the rebellions weaken the kingdom over a long time and when a sizable one finally hits, they don’t have enough warriors to maintain it

also when a king dies, kingdoms can peacefully declare independence so that helps too
