The walls would expand with the city and would be taken down with enough hits or fire (if wooden).

fortresses they are perfect for defending an area but they take alot of food and gold and only warriors or archers if they are gonna get added can enter a fortress can only be made if the population is over 200 and the stone supply is over 100 there can be max 25 soldiers in one fortress they can also signal if they are getting attacked with like maybe a smoke signal? And then reinforcements will arrive as soon as possible a fortress can aslo be used as barracks
a capital building (only on a capital) the king and leader lives there and i heavily guarded by warriors the capital can be used as decoration or strategic because normal villager/civilians can hide in yhe capital when its getting attacked melee warriors have an advantage from +5 defense and regeneration but it depends how long a capital can hold quz they need food when its not attacked there will be +1 food every year stocked in the capital ehen its getting sieged with civilians it uses 5 food a year max food in one capital is 250 but its weakness are siegemachines? Idk sometimes if its getting sieged and the attacker attack then theres a 10% change fot a skull to be on the capital that means that the soldiers and civilians and even king and leader will fight till the end no hassitation it gives +5 attack damagr for all in the capital

when veterans go to fight they will give soldiers nearby a tiny buff like +1 attack +1 defence +1 speed but veterans will be slower
town defenders, a soldier who only defends but has pumped up stats like 20 damage and 200 hp. There would be a limit of 10% of the towns tiles 100 tiles = (10 defenders) this would make towns at war less vulnerable to a attack.

"Shields, Shields can block ranged and melee attacks like they normally do there would be two types of Shields Tower Shields and Round Shields Tower Shields can block projectiles much better than the round shield because of its large size which protects the user from head to toe but it's flaw is it's mobility allowing melee users to attack with better agility it still can block melee attacks but at a lower rate and the round shields which does still protect the user from projectiles but sucks at it it because of its size but the size gives the user better mobility your still not gonna be faster than someone unarmed but you can protect yourself and the reason the round shield will be good is because it has a much higher chance to protect against melee. There can also be a much simpler route to adding the shields which is making it so when shields are equipped it increases the dodge and armor value although this does remove the point if two different types of Shields."

Too make this much easier but less cool you could always just make a animal husbandry building which produces food uses food in the background like code but it's just less cooltonit see the animals hurded together.

slaves would be a interesting addition to the game they would usually be from the other species such as humans owning orcs or other way around it would add a slave trait to them which makes them cannon fodder to the military and they would do jobs like mining recourses more quickly they would have a specific area for them and they can rebel with weak weapons such as pitchforks or small daggers and if they successfully rebel they go off and start there own colony these slaves would be nearly starving all the time and it can add a good addition to the game I believe

a fun easter egg put admins and the maker in the game u can find them in villages if your lucky
make pirate colony’s and cities. Obviously we are getting boats and ships because of how much people want them but maybe some ships/people can go and betray their city and steal a boat. Then they would have ships and try to shoot down any good ships or cities but try to destroy their own city more then others. The cities would be the ships and the borders would be the territory’s that the pirates travel in. The kings would be the captains and the emperors would be the leader of the pirate armada. Maybe the pirates could set up small colony’s on small island near by. Other pirate gangs could either help or fight the pirates and could even have their territory inside other pirates territory which causes anger and war

When they add stables & small areas for animals to be taken care of and later used for 'eating' or domestication. Horses can be domesticated by humans and be kept in 'stables' for civilizations to use Horses as a way of Cavalry transportation or attacking your enemies and plundering villages easily. Horses can of course be prevented in many ways when the game adds much more units and features.

Armed Troops/Soldiers has knowledge of formations, since every time these 'Guards' are guarding their post, or wherever they're stationed, it's all sloppy and they just guard really 'idiotic' don't get me wrong, it's pretty nice and all but it can be improved, for example like 10 - 20 guards in the front while 2 - 5 in the back, or they're just all ill prepared and spread out and barely prepared for a mass attack from their enemies. I want these 'Soldiers' to have knowledge of formations, so instead of being all unorganized and spread out, let them make straight lines when enemies are approaching so they can have a proper fight, while they're prepared. Perhaps you can turn of 'Formations Knowledge' or add it as a feature so militaries can be much more prepared and have a realistic fight with 'Phalanxes & Testudos.'

When a war happens, a kingdom or civilization is able to call their allies to rally soldiers upon their territory, and will also be able to mobilize soldiers from their villages in strategical points.
How to make allies
Villagers and civillians are able to leave certain locations and kingdoms if war is affecting them, or if they kingdoms choices are cruel and not a good cause. They will travel to peaceful areas and become refugees escaping wars.
When a location or kingdom is large, successful and rising, for example they have rich terrain, big amount of architecture, and good growth of wealth and resources, they will have tourists and visitors and civillians from other villages travelling to theirs.
Civilizations could have heroes that are bigger and clearly different!
Special units that can only be made with great resource. Dwarves for one example could build robots! Elves would invoke great trees! Orcs hire Ogres, and humans create heroes

I don't think Civilians should be able to fight Soldiers. But if there are no soldiers conscripted yet, or a small amount of soldiers, civilians can help resist [volunteers and Auxiliary Forces]. But generally, if there are a good defendant forces of soldiers, when a village is attacked, civilians should rather be considered with their own safety, when a village is attacked, civilians should attempt to escape the village to avoid war and go to another further city that is not affected by war. Or they can become a refugee of war and travel to another peaceful kingdom's villages. It's to prevent bloodshed of innocent civilians, as it doesn't rally make sense for unarmed Civilians to have the courage to fight against Well Equipped Armed Soldiers.

When attacking other kingdoms 👆
For my mages concept I would prefer either a trait or race. If Maxim choses the trait it would be similar to the immortal concept where it would be a rare or more common trait and people would have magic. There would be a percentage of how dominant the trait is and what happens when reproduction occurs. All races could gain the magic trait and if not to complex would cast spells based on their race. For example, people of elven descent might have more earthy and forestry types of spells while Orcs might have more damage types of spells. If one might want to give their favorite kingdom magic it would be similar to blessings maybe? If Maxim made mages a race then they would similar to humans with a longer lifespan and would have a range of spells. For the spell concept maybe the longer the spell-caster exists the more spells they acquire. Similar to the dark elf concept the dark versions of Mages would be Necromancers. While this is a suggestion please check if you like the concept.
When people become parents I think it would be cool if you could see who specifically is their child or if looking at the child who are their parents?

What I am proposing is, there is a 50 percent chance on a newly generated world to have a swamp. The swamp would be dark, muddy, and inhospitable to Humans, Elves, Orcs, and Dwarves. Even though nothing can live there something can, and that something is a Boggin. Boggins are a new race which can spawn naturally in a swamp and make a village. Boggins can trade resources with everything BUT Orcs as they are mortal enemies.

I think that the new update is quite possibly the worst one yet. It adds in many wonderful things like items and barracks and such, but it destroyed one of the most important features, worldbuilding. With the older versions, you were able to make a world size up to 20x20, and choose if the world was just a square or a rectangle. Now, the world size maximum is less than 10, making PC or laptop players have to step down to the lower standards for mobile, yet being able to process much larger worlds. In addition, every world you make must be a square, making it impossible to even create a world map. I truly think that this has SERVERELY hindered the creativity this game allows, and has affected how great the game can become. TLDR the old way of making worlds should be brought back.

really tiny villages they are usually close by big cities but they are really tiny and have a max population of 20 they usually are used for warrior reqruitment and food those villages produce a tiny amount of warriors and alot of food for big cities
spells elves have a +3% on every spell a spell could heal soldier give more damage to soldiers speed up soldiers but orcks are clumsy so they cant use spells
add karens to the game they have a karen hair cut and doesnt do anything its just for fun and they eat more and they have a special ability: karen talk that happens if a karens is speaking to another guy she would be most likely to ask for the manager:P

the ram usage is so high already of this game because of all the data that needs to be stored, theres gonna be a limit eventually of how much it can store
when a village or city is going to war they send 90% of theire army to fight in one wave while they are traveling they travel in lines and when they are close by the enemy village they will set up a camp they will usually stay there till the enemy village is destroyed or surrenndered or the enemy village has taken of the camp but in the time they stay there they attack in waves and get reinforcements and supplies to the camp the enemy village has an advantage they can produce food and warriors at the same time while the enemy village has to send the warriors on a long journey to the camp (it depends on how far the enemy village is) while most of the warriors are far away from theire own villages and kingdom theire kingdom is weak and is vulnarable

a toggleable religion system that allows for more direct interaction between the npcs and the player (ex: The player gives npcs resources or blesses them and they recognize it, either worshiping the player or creating a shrine or temple of some sort)
adding on to the last one: positive powers like blessing, divine light, blood rain, results in them building more temples, negative powers like lightning, lava, madness will make them tear it down. If their enemys are affected by either then they do vice versa

Hello my suggestion is camps⛺. This will happend during a war. This is how it works instead of setting out kingdoms during a war u set out camps. The npcs will keep setting out camps further towards there enemys and go to battles from time to time if diffrent species they wil destroyer each other camps and rebuild there own. if not they will take the camp and the other team will retreat to there last camp. The rest of this is based on diplomacy. Camps can only hold up to 20 people then done. After the war is over the npcs will pack up the camps and go to there orginal kingdoms.

Each civilization will have traits that will define its playstyle and how it will deal with the world. It will make each more civilization unique and more memorable as they specialize in something.
Ideas for traits
Militaristic: Can build barracks earlier than others and has lower upkeep for armies. Exp gain is faster. More likely to start wars than other civilizations.
Maritime: If there's boats and fishing, these civilizations build boats cheaper than others and their boats move faster. They also have an increased fishing rate.
Isolationist: These civilizations tend to have fewer cities than others, but build their cities very well. They expand their borders faster and have increased workspeed, but they are less likely to found new cities than other civilizations.
Imperial/Expansionist: These civilizations will try to expand as much as they can should the opportunity come. Cities are less likely to revolt and are more loyal. Village leaders are less likely to have the deceitful trait. Human civilizations most likely to have this trait.
Industrial: Build buildings faster and craft items cheaper and of higher quality than others. Buildings are sturdier and are built cheaper than other civilizations. These civilizations are more likely to craft legendary items. Dwarven civilizations most likely to have this trait.
Horde: Can only build up to tents, but warriors don't cost upkeep. Yields for hunting are tripled and is done at a faster rate than other civilizations. Tents support more population. Conquering a city will cause them to burn said city to the ground and take all its resources. Unfriendly to everyone. Orcs more likely to have this.
Defensive: These civilizations are tough to take and will most likely require a lot of effort to take down. Their units are tougher when fighting in home territory and are stronger the more cities the invading civilization has. Elves more likely to have this trait.

People build bridges over rivers and small sized gaps between land, people would then rather use a bridge instead of crossing by swimming. Crossing by swimming could add a few debuffs, like being wet could make them preform worse in battle and make them slower.
