once worriers are added, if an invading nation kills all the warriors in a city they take it, instead of them taking it when there are 8 or so people left
Add a higher density building for settlers to live in, like a bunkhouse which would hold 10-20 citizens so city populations end up being higher than just 100 people per large kingdom as it just doesn’t feel realistic and would create a better power system overall instead of every city capping at like 150 population and not expanding beyond that

Trait proportionally increase the strength of the unit. the strong trait increases strength by 3 on all units, this is disproportionate.
Example:

Diplomacy needs some tweaking. Wars being declared from two tiny nations across the world from one another doesn't make any sense.
They should add boats to the game, I’m always seeing armies of human swimming across the water and it’s hilarious but I think it would be cooler if they traveled in boats
there should be a difference between neutral kingdoms and actual allies. When kingdoms start everyone is of course neutral with eachother later some will declare war on eachother and stuff but kingdoms should also be able to form actual alliences and not just be neutral. The neutral kingdoms will have a yellow colour when using the diplomacy tool. Later when the resource update gets added allied kingdoms will trade more with eachother than with neutral kingdoms.
Nations should advance in tech and weaponry when they continue to grow.
Also boats sound pretty good. Finally, some nations should be able to use the explosives like napalm or atom bombs when things get tough.

I think it'd be a good idea for people who are the first of their people (when you spawn someone in not belonging to a kingdom) they'll go looking for the ebst spot to settle first.
Optimally they are looking for, in order of importance:
- Distance away from hostile creatures
- Distance away from pre-existing civs
- Soil, farming is necessary
- Forests, wood is useful for building lots of homes fast
- Distance to resources starting with stone, then iron, then gold (this can be changed later if iron/gold have more uses)
- Distance away from Volcanoes and Acid Geysers

Diplomacy: its Good But there's really not alot to it, Kingdoms Declare war on each other and It's Like once war is Declared, there can't ever be peace, which is Kinda Annoying a bit, there's this Endless struggle between 2 Big Factions in a Stale mate if you don't Intervene, There Should Also Be Alliances, Vassals states, Truces, Trading, make War Crimes Ect. There shouldn't just Be Peace and Just War.
Units: Now i have seen alot Of Suggestion about this, so where Are they? I would really Want to see Some Faction Units, like Banner Men to symbolize their Faction, Maybe Some Foot Soldiers would Be Nice?

When trade is added, Bandits should be replaced be an extremely low-chance profession which acts like a settler(which increases based on low loyalty). They'll travel somewhere nearby and setup a small new settlement(they depend on new recruits from disloyal villages as they cannot breed). Unless mountains/hills act like it, perhaps walls? Walls can be made by villages and upgraded throughout time, similar to the villages. Those who are raiding must destroy the wall to get in.
And maybe towers of some sort. Something that has to do with the main defense of a village.

An option to make villages evolve from wood to stone automatically. Cities get big, old, but if you dont feed them with rock and iron their houses will be wooden and small forever. Make the city evolve along with its growing territory

@hard vale ir's not unfortunate because we can flesh out medeival fantasy things and not skim over it like what civilizations does, because we can focus on history stuff like sanitary movements, colonizations and all the stages of it, or seiges and their complexities etc.
Bieng an evolution game that focuses only on what day or era it is in and not the many detailed events that happen in one era only, instead going for technology instantly and wafare is the unfortunate thing because that is what most people want.

I must clarify that the economy of each Kingdom will depend on the actions of the King.
The goodness or malice of a King will be based on 2 examp percentages:
Goodness 40% - Evil 60%
If Evil is slightly higher the King will contribute little to the Kingdom and take for himself the Money, if Evil is very high the King will take everything for himself , equally if goodness is high and evil is low, it will contribute much to the Kingdom. This affects to the Kingdom positively or negatively in general.
Debts: You will be able to see if one Citizen owes another and how much he owes and there will be types of debt: with or without interest. (in every way)
And you can also see if one Kingdom has debts to another, whether for abusive Kings, for matters of ect. power.

Citizens Blacksmiths:
As well as other professions, there will be citizens will chose the Herreria. This Trait will have several levels and the higher the level of a blacksmith, better equipment they can create
They will obtain the materials of: Hunters, woodmans, Adventurers Ect.. And likewise the Same Blacksmiths will also buy the materials on the market, a market which will own materials that citizens exchange for money.
Races should have more ways to gain experience like building,mining and chopping wood and not just gain it by killing or being hurt
All creatures should have regeneration,it’s very unrealistic if they can’t get health back naturally

Inventory:
Each citizen will have a mini inventory in which you will see the amount of money they have and the equipment they are using at the time. For your to be able to see the inventory of a citizen, you must click on button Inspection, after that in the citizen's panel you will find the Inventory button.
Note: This has nothing to do with the warehouse.
A few traits ideas:
Persistant: when at 5% hp they only 50% damage they originally had but gain 1 hp each time unless they escape and heal 2x faster.
Giant:Very tall and powerful compared to others but weak to range attacks because obviously larger target.
Devine:i has alot of diplomacy and gets 2x gold, can be a seperate power thing from blessed.
Vengeful: can either deal 2x the damage made by opponent/s in genersl or attack the specific attacking person with 1.5x boost.
Master: better at whatever it is their job by 70%

Knights armour for the armies that are sent out for war to another kingdom. These knights armours will be different compares on the race, but will most likely make them slightly bigger, beefier arms, bigger chest, beefier legs, nothing with the head but they will wear a cap with horns on if its an orc, humans will wear regular knight helmets, elves will wear a rounder and more elegant helmet, and dwarves will wear helmets that look more blockier and basic, basically just a metal cube on their head because they need protection for mining and use them for war too. In the middle of everyones armour will be their kingdom flag so you can watch wars easier

after playing a bit, i noticed that kingdoms have 2 statuses, neutral and enemy, its probably on trello but i want to say it here in case it is not, there should be a third status "allied", the allied kingdom should provide support during raids, and share resources
add more world creation options, idk if its already there in the pc version, but in the mobile version you have to be lucky to find a large enough map. so it would be nice to be able to create a clear ocean map with any size you want

I think taking over a city rn is too easy, the existing house would give the invader too much advantages. I suggest the invaders must kill and destroy part of the city before being able to take over it.
imo, most invaders should be like pyromaniacs and throw sparks everywhere to give the landscape a more war torn feel, and like you said, get rid of some of the advantage keeping the existing houses would give

Climate. Make that water clouds randomly appear in the world to help the crops, the clouds may also get together to make it rain in a big zone (like 7 clouds together) and the ability of seeing through water clouds when you zoom in
Give each race more distinguishable features that should be mentioned in its description. For example:
- Human have high birthrate but slow stats.
- Elf live longer so they can have higher level but lower birthrate.
- Dwarves can mine from mountain and have high vitality.
- Orcs have high stats but usually wage war among themself so it's hard for them to build a large kingdom
Addition to post above: Dwarves are slowed by alot when they leave mountains and the buildings they have are vulnerable when not built on mountains.
Castles would be the only buildings on mountains for all races except dwarves, mountains give defensive boosts to buildings and castles and slow (sometimes damage) attackers and explorers who don't have climber/mountaineer traits
Although they added a history feature that records main events that happen in the world it only records about 50 at a time. It’s be nice to have all the logs and able to sort them out.

Unstoppable trait:
It would make someone have basically infinite HP and really buffed attack stats. This could be a really rare trait or even a trait you can give someone like the immortal trait. An unit could also get it if they reach a high level. Since it would be too OP having an unstoppable unit going around destroying armies alone and distracting farmers making cities die of hunger, I think when soldiers see they are loosing a battle they should retreat. Also the unstoppable trait could still be immobilized by attacks and will die of hunger not allowing it to fight forever.

This could depend on what he killed the most for example: Wolfsbane- increased speed of the holder. Demon slayer- added strength to holder. Bonebreaker-Higher chance to cripple an enemy. After the death of the champion the weapon could drop and be picked up by a different character

I havent seen it anywhere sorry if its been said, But what about making the clothes of units match the color of the kingdom border, with the diplomacy update if you have a lot of the same race fighting eachother (example humans) they all have blue outfits so its really hard to tell them apart and tell whos winning fights.
