Here you can send a message to the moderation team, read through the following guidelines before doing so please.

Remember that this is for Discord Moderation ONLY we are NOT EFT SUPPORT. If you need help with the game you must contact support on the website or launcher.

Mod Mail Guidelines

**1. **If you are reporting a user for violating the rules of the server please include any video/image evidence possible, if this is video/audio the discord overlay is required.

2. If you are reporting a team kill we will require a video of the incident including the discord overlay, intent, and the death screen, so as to associate the user in discord. An image of just the death screen is not evidence.

3. We do not assist with technical support or bug reports, please contact support or report as appropriate via the launcher.

4. If you are submitting a clan please include a link to your clans discord, the names of two users who will be advertising, and a copy of your intended message/post.

**5. **If this is regarding an AFK user in voice chat, we are not readily available to handle these issues at all times, please use another channel, otherwise the system will automatically move them if they are AFK.

6. If you are disputing a recent moderation, please include the reason why, and any evidence in your favor.

7. We DO NOT handle cheater/hacker reports. Report a suspected cheater in game or in the launcher.

8. If you do not have any evidence the case may be closed. We can not act with only word of mouth from you and a few people.

If you cannot provide the necessary information or evidence, this may lead to a delay in response, or your ticket will be closed
and you will be advised to re-submit with the appropriate information/evidence, this is an international community
and a non-biased environment, we cannot take action against users without exact evidence indicating violation of rules, and in regards to team kills exact video
evidence as this action is allowed in Tarkov due to the nature of the game, we simply do not allow users to use discord to facilitate it.
