@signal zenith stash runs are great if you combine them on interchange with the container object 22 youcan make like 700 k an raid

yeah that quest is probably one of the hardest on par with the one where you have to lay down the markers at customs without killing any scavs in the dorms section. hardest is shooter born in heaven or the collector quests.

ahh. Honestly for customs, I'd say, try to stay more in the middle, people are gonna either be so far up on the one side towards dorms, or they're gonna be running upto the expansion.

Only problem is about running in the middle, you have to deal with both sniper scavs, the construction area which is a big toss up of either all pvp or no pvp, if someone's on the gun in expansion you're gonna be right in their line of sight, and eventually you'll hit the gas station that could have scav boss. That said! You have the most cover in that area, and it's linear enough that you're gonna be seeing most of the time, whether someone is in front of you or not, since few spots really have a side angle on you

That's why i usually stay toward that area, and try to focus on the stashes near extract, unless I'm questing, in which case I'm just running for extract

So can anyone explain to me how exactly the damage numbers are calculated? I just did a raid as a PMC and fought another single PMC with an SVD and AKS-74U with LPS-GZH and BP ammo and hit someone 16 times, if it said I did over 500 damage to one single target, how is he not dead if the sum of total HP is less than that? Doesn't make much sense to me honestly.

battle buddy shows that 15 hits with 5.45x39 BP in arm kills, 14 are still safe

if you black out every part before killing 18 or even 19 rounds are doable

I think the problem is in end game screen, not damage taken

i know how this game works and I have looked at damage charts, it doesnt matter what the damage charts say its a hyperrealistic game, and if you get shot with high tier ammo in your arm and it takes 2 shots to die, how come it takes over half a mag with low tier ammo? its supposed to be a realistic game how come 'hollow point' rounds dont expand and fragment in a unarmored areas of the body, its literally a broken game if you are using anything but off meta ammo, its such an unfair disadvantage and it seems they have no interest in balancing the ammo types.

Just keeping auction slots open helps you sell more stuff at a time, which means less time selling and more time spent in raid; therefore more money

@tired hearth Let me guess you used the worst ammo in the game and not the fact that you don’t understand different ammo types, their effectiveness and more, but because in other games the person you shot should’ve dropped dead, that makes Tarkov bad. Tarkov isn’t a game that you can walk in with 0 knowledge and dominate.

Also god how forbid people actually learn the map, I just installed the game so everyone should have the same knowledge as me!

Audio is all you, sorry that a UI doesn’t come up onto your screen to show you where the noise came from and you actually need to hear well.

@vague thorn @void ginkgo It's actually the opposite, best way to make money is 7k but it's just gambling, you will never make your money back. I like it myself as it's something cool to look foward to when checking my hideout out, but if money is priority as in you're saving up for something I would skip it.

Maybe if you just run 7k you'll make profit eventually, but if you're shooting for profit the Scav Case is an inconsistent way of making it. And if you're willing to wait weeks to make minimal profit back from running the 7k with an OFZ shell here and there, you can do so. But my general rule of thumb is that it's a nice way to use extra funds and see if you get anything cool.
