well i mean he played tarkov in a way where the game couldn't keep up with him ...

and whilst his 12 hour per day streaming resulted in basically every possible bug the game could offer plus the non-controllable behaviour of other players on a map there was simply a point where he couldn't get constant fights under best possible circumstances .... at the end most maps offer around 10-12 players ... whilst for his need in pvp he would basically need 30 on a map

My biggest issue rn is that the map after first 15 minutes is empty. Literally empty from loot, players and scavs.

Loot is too easy to get. Scavs are too easy to kill. Like for example, the scav will look at you for 2 seconds before shooting while you are standing back to him. That shouldn't happen. I think scav should instantly kill you if you turn his back to him, unless he misses.

Hideout nerfs (fuel, bitcoin farm) to reasonable degree.

But still the biggest issue is the map and gameplay during the raid.

Also I don't like that you can access all items with little effort. Level 30 EOD and you can literally gear up high end equipment. That also has to change. EOD nerf is a must (I'm EOD owner).

learn the maps maybe one you prefer and then go over to night runs as scav ... usually it's not very dark ... with a map open or so, you can hit stashes or buildings and loot and get out without alot of trouble 🙂

at the beginning it's rough because you not only have to learn the maps, but also basically timings where ppl hang around most often ... from that point you will get your own rhythm pretty easy to find out when to move to what building/area

reserve is a tricky map anyway ... with the current state, customs is way more a map for beginners

it's big, has tons of different areas and yet has the usual amount of 12 players max i think

and tons of loot to grab from everywhere

not super high end stuff like on reserve, shoreline or labs, but for beginners you can make it at least in a more constant way

I use FPS preset under defaults and I use a different mic instead of the one on the headset. Although you could check the Attenuation setting under Voice and Video on discord

it's not gear fear, it's just that the game is so stressful on my own that I genuinely struggle to get myself to play
but I want to play
so yeah, any tips on how to overcome this dumb fear would be very appreciated

it's super relaxing

and much easier then if you have the feeling everyone can see you in daylight

ppl are usually more careful in night raids, so you are more focused on every step and the thrilling "there could be one coming along that don't see you" anytime, then you won#t think about going in solo
