Class 4 rig is all you need in this game. All players can penetrate class 5s so bringing them in is pointless.
Plus you're playing with your teammates so the loot share is making your gear too expensive to run.

So Tarkov is an experienced based game, its also a very difficult game to pick up because there's no tutorial or help whatsoever. You need to put yourself in stressful situations while also not putting yourself at a disadvantage to your opponent which is EXTREMLY hard to do. However, the best ways to improve is by dedicating time to 1 or 2 maps, and learning every part of those maps. once you learn the maps that's 3/4 of the battle done, next is combat experience. From learning the sounds of guns firing in the distance to moving in a fight. The importance of good ammo is immeasurable, if you keep getting in fights against people with good armor and you have bad ammo it will never go well. using superior tactics and ammo you can kill any player in the game if you out play them instead of getting into head on fights.
TL;DR Outplay your opponents, Learn 1-2 maps to the best of your ability, Good ammo is key to success, Put yourself in stressful situations, Don't loose Hope it is a process, over time you will learn methods that work, and some that don't. Always remember no two raids are the same.

you can run reserve and rooms like orb 1,2,3 and rb a-o are good spawns for 120 packs of BT and 30 packs of BS

stock aks with a recoil pad and any sight you like will hold you up in alot of pvp

Moonshine is good for getting streamer items, tank battery, and some other rare stuff that you need FIR. Its not really worth buying the moonshine, but its worth it if you craft it
Intel folder is for gambling for rare keys, most times you will lose money
The 7k rub one is pretty good to repeatedly do when you don't have moonshine crafted, most times you get decent profit
