I recnetly bought this game, and don't know why, i got constant 4-60 FPS, Sometime even drop down to 20FPS with a sudden lag. I got i9-9940X and RTX 2080Ti , with 64 GB RAM. Any tip? my friend who has lower setting than me turned everything on ultra and high, and still achieve 100FPS, but my PC it's much better. And don't know why it's giving me around this FPS.

@spare palm there is many ways to skin this cat, and im sure the community has alot of methods for early game, and dealing with the stash space. Personally when i first began, I just tried to make profit, and did not get caught in finding a gun that I liked. I just made money and tried to become confident with many guns until icases become a thing

@manic rain the sa-58 aka the FAL seems liek a really good gun because full auto 20 round mags and 7.62x51 almost all ammos are good and cheap i havent really delved into modding at all other than putting on scopes but price of the gun i think is around 50k. It seems like what i want to try out and be my main gun for a while

i got a full sicc case for reserve, 25 keys, every key except rb-ak since you can just jump the window from 1 floor above, problem is my sicc case is full, would like have at least 3-4 slots free for valuables and dogtags. Testing atm not sure yet which keys to drop

also only using cms on reserve since surv12 takes 3 slots

Surv12 is the best simply because of the fracture fix, less health loss, 40k and 15 uses instead of 5
i barely ever use the surv12 but if im expecting a fight i'd much rather a surv12 over an alu splint and a CMS because if you black and fracture say your left leg, you wouldnt have to use the surv12 twice, just once for that one leg, the CMS and alu you'd have to use one each

Ricochet is also another thing in tarkov that can save your life, i've had a 7n1 round bounce off the SSh-68 helmet
it costs 18k and has saved my life alot when i've done cheap runs
Another thing, with this wipe keys seem to be very cheap since scavs can spawn with anything now, so once you do Chemical part 4, hand it into skier, it'll give you access to the black ZSH-1 helmet that is half the price of the green one, tier 4 helmet for 30k with access to a face shield thats another 30k
only downside is it reduces hearing, but for good protection i dont mind it
for cheap armour i suggest running the 6B3TM-01M, class 4 armoured rig that has 4 2x1 slots and 4 1x1 slots for only 50k
so you can get yourself a set of class 4 armour for only 110k if you run a face shield with it

I've invested some of my money now in keys, got 1 sicc for reserve with 3 slots free, left out rb-orb1, rb-orb2 and rb-ak since you can just jump down on the roof to get into the room. 1 sicc for shoreline with 20 keys and 1 sicc for interchange/customs/woods/labs keys. For labs I bought the green, black and blue keycards since they are the best value + managers office & weapon testing room key.
I've figured why sitting on 40 mil I don't use which is growing every day, invested 20 million in keys and sicc cases which can always be resold. Now I'm set on every map I want to play and can enter almost everything I want depending on the spawn.
I make 1-2 million per day without counting in any raids by just reselling tier 1 ammo from traders on flea market and crafting m995/bs in hideout + 3 bitcoins per day. I've "only" got 25/50 gpu's in my bitcoin farm since I'm not able to collect 3 bitcoins every 15 hours, that way I get 3 bitcoins every 24hours. Whenever I have 2 empty fuel containers I craft a magbox in hideout which sells for 300k aswell. Also crafting super water which sell for 130k.
Last thing is getting lvl 40 for the last 2 traders to max out and get the thicc weapons case from prapor for it, it get's really grindy since I can't be arsed to do some stupid quests anymore I pretty much did all the "easy" ones already. I'm level 37 1/2 atm, just doing pmc raids to get xp. Got 250h ingame, started playing tarkov end of last year. 50 mil stash.

It has resort which like, half the lobby will rush, but the rest of the map is much lower key
ultimately though every map needs to be learned and they all have different styles
so pull up the maps and kinda focus on "where did I spawn, where did my closest enemies spawn, and where will they be pathing towards (based on looting spots)"

@dapper patrol Play some maps in Offline mode, get yourself used to them. If you got a smart phone or tablet, pull up a map of the one you're going to and learn some basic land-navigation.
As for a weapon, early on, get yourself adept with a Mosin or SKS. Personally I suggest a Mosin since it's got a bit more power behind it than the SKS.

@hidden dragon I think bullet pen on certain glass is bugged as hell. For example, managers office on labs, glass can be shot through by raiders but not PMCs. They can also see through the fucking floor or walls or something in that area, been killed a few times by raiders that seemed like they were hacking lol, always in that spot
Obviously bots aren't hacking but they had my location down exactly even with no possible visual.
