there is enough data about 4.6 ammo to see that it isn't proved to pen anything higher than IIIa NIJ (2 GOST) and when compared to other cartridges that are proved to not pen class 4 GOST (like m856a1) you can see its slower and not even made out of any tough material

I know it's smaller which does matter but multiple tests show its similar to performance to 5.7x28 which isnt any smaller than 5.56 (in caliber ofc)

Some quests work that way, the one from Jaeger is the same(dehydration one, cant remember the name), if you extracted while having the quest accepted in the tasks menu it will be checked but hidden until you complete the primary objective of the quest @raven meadow

I think its bugged a bit, you could have entered a raid with a hatchet/pistol only but if you had any piece of gear with that you would not count; for example, you could start a raid with a pistol and a scav vest and you wouldnt have been cursed

Invest some effort into a Mosin, learn to sneak around Customs. If you can, adapt your eyes to sneak around Customs at night.

Never go straight to looting a kill, most of the time, gunfire will attract groups because they'll either come in to mop up whatever is left while people are looting or tending to their wounds.
