we look at Pen chance as a good thing, and for 5.56 the first bullet we get that's at a decent level is M855. And then the next one up is M856A1. Which is Peacekeeper 2. That's not easy to get to if you're luck is pure trash on flash drives. But for 5.45 PP is Prapor 2 and that's a lot easier to get to. And then BP is just 1 damage more, and 1 more pen. Bullets are fucking weird man

Its bloody weird since good 5.56 in game takes a lot of fucking work to get, and there's only like 5 bullets for 5.56 that can be considered good. 5.45? at least 7 get past the 25ish' threshold to be somewhat usable when early wipe when people are using Pacas and the like. Then it jumps to 36 with PP.

has BSG ever talked about an AI overhaul for raiders/rogues and bosses?
I get that it took them like 5 years to get scavs down to a decent state but im
kinda bored of the harder AI being a coin flip of whether theyll insta laser beam you or their AI breaks and will just stare at you or walk into your room backwards for an easy kill.
And this is mainly becoming apparent because raiders and bosses are on like every map now. the goon squad being the biggest culprit of either destroying you instantly or all 3 of them break and just aimlessly walk towards you sideways as an easy target

i think most people agree that Tarkov is most enjoyable when its just PVP with scavs mixed in

inb4 someone says "raiders are fun to fight when you snipe them from 500meters away on lighthouse", i would file that under broken AI since they might as well be cardboard targets

I started playing last wipe super late and they didn't really cause that much harm, but this wipe I feel like the scavs are super broken, For example, I was shot in the head from the Scav island on Shoreline while I was on the road and the scav only shot Twice and hit me in the head. Also, it seems like the weather conditions don't affect them because they spot you in fog and rain as well as seeing you from super far away. Like I would rather fight a PMC, then a 20/20 eyesight, aimbotting, Spetsnaz trained super soldier

I hate that that is the only place I find sanitar at. My friend and I fought off almost the whole lobby (I believe only two players remained). We went pier because there was sanitar, a guy there already killed him, but I killed the guy and looted sanitar. His keycard, blue taped key, ahf stimulator (need it for samples) all were there. One guy pushed us and he haf 6 or so dogtags in his bag. We were getting ready to leave when some guy started shooting at us from the rocks above the road there. We waited for a bit and then took a run for it along the coastline towards tunnels. Near the stash there in the what seems like changing room boxes there was another guy. He killed my friend and blacked half my body. I managed to kill him, but because all of my stims were used up and I was really badly wounded I bled out. In the end I got practically no profit from that raid. I already had the blue taped key, and I don’t run resort enough to utilize the second one, his keycard was pretty much no profit if I deduct the price of stims I used. I have run over 30 raids on shoreline in the last 3 days and only found sanitar 3 times, two of which he was already dead, and once he soaked up so many shots without dying and ended up killing me. Sorry for the rant, really hate shoreline now

@austere bridge Labs is punishing but also rewarding, if you are average at pvp/pve against raiders youll be fine, id recommend going into this offline a couple times and fight raiders

Too many times and for every time shit like this happens they have the excuse 'Its in beta' while the game was in closed Alpha 2015-2017 and since 27-07-2017 in open beta. After nearly 10 years of working on a game you'd expect that they fix things like this but they work on new content instead and just forget about the servers till stuff like this happens and THEN they'll work on it.
