you can pull the items DB from BSG, which will include just about every piece of information from an item, including spawn rates
However, there is some sort of map / seed modifier for the spawn rates, so they are highly relative, in terms of getting exact positions of spawns the short answer is No, you cant get them

random generator/shuffler for items i've noticed - i think the loot pool is somewhat random from other players. i used to shuffle back the items to hopefully find new unknowns rather than searching randomly in map. another way to play around with it is to place attachments provided to you on some rifles to sacrifice again. kind of like a secret santa donation thing. the rifle you donate could be in someone's inventory without you realizing it. some form of making the tarkov world feel alive again.

I just did the quest payback and the wikisaid you could use the signal pistol aswell as the handheld flare, but I did two raids with the pistol and it didn't work and the first time I did it with the handheld it worked instantly

What version do you have? Extended isn't a thing. Only unheard edition and Edge of darkness got bundled with arena.

OK, that's weird, I just loaded the game and tried to insure one item through my stash and it said 10-20 hours and the stuff that I have been waiting for over 24 hours to return suddenly arrived back on insurance. WTH?

Yeah, adblockers work too. I'm alright with ads that don't interfere I get that it costs money to run a website but that design should be reworked.

It isn't a design, its a bug that currently only happens to you while i can't replicate it on the same browser
