Both are, thou nobody know exactly how much since BSG is pretty tight with the data.

You can easily test at least the accuracy, just grab a Scav-Gun and try to hit something long range.
If you wan't a hard prove of durability and malfunctions, the easiest way is to get your hands on a 0 dura weapon, those tend to not get trough 1 mag without an issue.

There will be a change "soon" that will prevent misfires in the first 5% of durability.

Also has the G shift button that turns any of the 11 programmable buttons into 20 buttons. I have 2 setups that I'm currently working on to get to the public now.

i have a problem with the currents scav system. so this is the the issue so if a bad scav shoots me but he misses and i take him out befor he gets another chance.
i lose 0.09 rep and only gain 0.01 for surviving so my soloutin to this problem is to have a system that if YOU COMPLETE 5 GAMES IN A ROW WITHOUT KILLING ANY good SCAV YOU GET 1 FREE KILL but only 1 per game so if you kill 2 you only get penalize for 1 after five gmaes in a row it resets and it could stack.

He shrieks in terror, but then goes silent, he thinks he heard someone else scream too. but no, it was the echo of his voice down the blood soaked halls of the factory. Terrified, he picks up his buddy's weapon and continues, he walks over to the staircase to get to the bathrooms. The PMC goes into the side of the bathroom with lockers, whilst slowly traversing the locker room, going over the knocked over lockers he hears a slight whimper, no, maybe someone's last breath. He has to hurry, he doesn't know if it is a enemy or a friendly but he needs to act fast. he goes toward the sound but all he sees is blood, but it seems like a dead body has been dragged or hidden. As he turns the corner he sees a rather hurt scavenger, chewing or eating something. As the PMC gets closer he can see that it is a piece of human flesh, from the body stashed not ten paces to the left. He tells the scavenger to put his hands up, but then remembers that they speak russian. The PMC shoots the scavenger in the leg, only to injure him, but not do anything fatal. He slaps the flesh out of the scavenger's hand as the scav yells " SYKAAAA " because of the pain of the gunshot wound ( The rest of this story is W.I.P, if anyone would like more please tell me )
