i just started the game back again because the hit detection is actually decent now.
I quit this game twice before at about level 15 both times because I kept on mag dumping on scavs wearing no armor and no helmet and not killing them. Game is kindof impossible to play if you cant kill scavs but we're good now. Headshots work finally.

so general tip for that quest is either get in early or do it super late. if you can bum rush the building, do it
