not really. depends what version of the game you have. and a lot of the leveling requirements are just your standing with the traders and your player level. and you have to spend certain amounts with each one.
like right now im level 26 and have propr and therapist level 3 and skier mechanic and ragman all level 2. once i hit level 33 propor and therapist will be maxed and the other 3 will be level 3

The right number just shows you the capacity for repairibility.
