Can someone help me? I'm having a bit of trouble with my Fiber internet. I have 60/10mbit connection (that's 7.5mb/s down and 1.6mb/s up) and when I'm downloading something it downloads like 500mb of it in 7.5mb/s speed and then it slows down only to 5mb/s and I have ONLY that 5mb/s until I stop the download. It's doing on every single thing(origin,eft launcher,steam,uplay) IDK what to do anymore.

There is a truck next to the one construction building you can climb up on.
on the drivers side of that truck, you can jump up on a crate, and unlock the door. On the floor of the truck will be the pocket watch. You'll need a key for the door, which will be found in a jacket in the 3 story doms, on the second floor.

Machinery Key is what you need. If you already have it, then you're good and don't need to get it

on the 3 story building you go to the 2nd floor, so if you are taking the staircase up from the inside, you goto the 2nd floor, and turn right, and it'll be on your left. I think it is the room on your left that has the stuff blocking the hallway, so you need to jump on the stuff, and crouch to get into the room
inside that room on your right will be 2 jackets. The brown jackets will be full of machinery keys, unless some jerk took them all
if there aren't any, look on the floor to see if someone just tossed them onto the floor

Sometimes a solution is to change items in hand, moving the items in your inventory around, dropping the item on the ground and picking it back up

Alt + f4 to end the program, and then relaunching to reconnect can sometimes be useful if you are in serious trouble
like there are times where you can't shoot your gun, or figure out how to get out of an animation
doing that is also not a guarantee to work, but it is an option
if you disconnect through the menu then you'll die, so you'll need to Alt F4, or end the application through like task manager

I would assume tremor oscillation refers to tremors, and pain shock comes from pain
some meds will have withdrawal symptoms that'll grant these penalties, or you'll have to cause them yourself
I believe the new dealer has quests that you need to have these on your guy while doing other things, which is why you're looking into this, yes?
