so i bought the game last august, i played for a bit, then took a break from videogames, when i came back i had a new computer, so I decided to download the game again. when i downloaded the launcher, I tried to log in, and it said "an authentication code has been sent to your email" i checked my email, no code. I tried it multiple times, nothing has come through in 2 days. I then messaged support on the forums, emailed [e-mail], made a post on the forums, and asked for help in here. no responses what so ever. im seriously so upset that I spent my money on this game and can't play it

i didnt know if it was a glitch or something that someone could help me with or not, ive tried all of that. they just said wait for community to help, nobody has messaged me

80% of players wont' really be effected by the accuracy stats as long as they are using things under .08 acc. Above that you start having issues with stuff out at 100m. (head shots etc etc)

And the issue we have with making people learn the methods of range finding with the reticle is 2 things

1 that only gives you Line of sight distance.

2 None of the reticles in game give the same values for subtensions , meaning you can't range find with them if you use a single height value for your target (even if they are the same target)

These are all "MOA" based reticles as indicated by their turrets and stated manufactures.

By using our LOS distance given to us, we can figure out what each subtension is worth if we have a known target size.

or we can assume they are true and get a target size.

Scavs don't change height based on what optic you're using , so the subtensions are different values.

Nah you can make them work

You can use the stated value in range finding, and even hold overs and convert them over to other optics if you wanted to.

Since we don't have a way to calculate Bullet drop, its simple recording and logging impacts and angles (if at all possible) to get a better idea of whats going on down range

So not useless, but far from ideal.

At the end of the day is feel anyways, but I just have a bit more infomation than most people and can pull off some stupid shit as a result

you can cheat a bit with the PSO as its range finder is scaled if it's mils are not. ( the windage markers are 10cm x100m aka 1 mrad)

IRL center post is like 20 CM or head sized (roughly) at 100m and the space between is like 70CM

If you're using the mosin just dial 150 and hold center mass that will hit torso or head on 90% of your targets.

Once its beyond your intended target start to aim high

With that in mind the details will only matter when that part is learned

To learn the actual distance heatea go offline, find the spots you want to sit and fire at scavs. Check the longshot distance and ranging hits and eventually you can start estimating. I personally keep mine at 100-150

And just go from there

Its just palatable enough you wont die if you drink it straight, and doesnt have a weird aftertaste so its good for mixing

Finlandia is actually quite good and tastes very clear, some think too boring and clear for drinking straight

IMO best mixer vodka, but a bit more expensive ( still cheap compared to rum or whisky though lul)

My favorite is a local brand called Catnip (because in Finnish it's Kissanminttu, and minttu = mint)

It's a mint cream liquor

With a hint of chocolate

That + hot choccy = hngnrngn

Kogri. Earlier today I was running ironsight ADAR and somebody was in my rooftop sniper position with an SVD. The nerve.

Shoreline top of tunnel is the 2nd most common spot but, thats not just exit camping thats holding one of the best sniper posis in the game with traffic

And thats really rare too

Mostly when I run into people near exits its when Im playing slow and they are rushing across the map and bump into me

Or if Im sniping and they just yeet across the open field without considering I can see them from several hundred meters out
