I have yet to encounter any noticeable desync in PvE. 🤷🏼‍♂️
Since raiders are not on every map, the AI PMCs play differently than other AI on those maps and are in different locations and different mapping than existing Raiders. They sit quietly, push noise, patrol, engage bosses and some scavs.
