It is a wipe so I think your cache gets cleared too, if severs are a bit borked and slow (as they probably are) things might be taking a while to load for you, make sure you let all the stuff at the traders load so you're at least a little ahead

Its a vendor item bug. if you spend money on something you dont have room in stash. the game will take the money and dont give you yhe item. i lost 1 mil on a scav case 😛
