Trying to sneak around will get you killed in those situations since you will play more passively and not punish enemy mistakes, which will allow them to gain better positioning

From another pc that is not infected with malware please change your email's password and add 2 step verification on your email. Make sure there's no email forwarding nor backup emails added.
