Last I checked - even upgrading after progressing will still net you the .2 jump I believe it is.

Well you have to hit the level requirement - so you still have to grind to about 15 before you get any LL2 traders. The easiest way to do that is to task - and tasking gets you the required rep anyway, so it's not a crazy difference. Only matters much if you really avoid tasks

Hey guys - so after killing about 10 raiders/scavs/pmcs just now I found myself stuck in a shit spot. My stomach and arms were blacked but I had enough meds to keep healing. Whenever I CMS'd stomach it went from 1 health instantly to 0 before I could use my AFAK. This kept happening. I wasn't bleeding, was on PKs. Anyone able to explain ?
