that doesn't exactly say much, because in multicore systems, tarkov will always be utilizing such low cpu, because that value is based acoss all the cores and threads.

since multithreading in tarkov isn't amazing, IPC is quite important, so a recent cpu can be quite an upgrade.

that said, DLSS is coming soon™️, should help a lot, if you have dlss capable gpu.
