You can always buy PS so it's by no means necessary to keep. I'd keep the .45 FMJ, the PS if you plan to use 7.62x39, the SPP and probably see if you can sell the grenades on flea

It's largely down to user preference. You should try watching a few youtube videos on it. The FOV setting in EFT is vertical, not horizontal. If you're used to ~90 horizontal, that's roughly 59 in EFT.
