ah ok, you can find trader lvl 1 loadout videos on youtube (I watched one myself just a couple days ago), but loadouts I like are

1. SKS from Jaeger (the yellow one, not the brown one from Prapor), because it has a mount and you can put either a PSO scope or a Kobra reflex on it so you have options both long range and mid range, you can get PS ammo for it which is very solid and can perform even against level 4 armor, you can also buy 20-round mags from Peacekeeper and reload way faster and later on you can buy suppresors for it - overall a very solid solo weapon that works in teams as well, just be mindful of the recoil and take your time between shots, I guarantee you they hurt
2. ADAR from Skier, can work pretty much out of the box but you can buy a reflex from Peacekeeper and a low-profile gas block from Mechanic so the huge front sight isn't in the way when you're using a reflex, good for tapping scavs and can even work against players
3. UMP from Peacekeeper - this one needs I think 7 or 8 knives (can't remember which one it is, the other knives will buy you an MP5), but again, you slap a reflex on it and you have a very decent gun for close-mid range with FMJ ammo that's good even against lower armors
4. just a straight-up Mosin from Prapor is nice, later on you'll also be able to get mounts and scopes for it, downs scavs in one thorax shot, aim for the head on PMCs
5. an alternative to the SKS is the VPO (I forgot which model, the one that fires the same ammo), it's moddable with AK parts which you can buy even from LL1 traders, I would avoid the .366 one and buy the hunting rifle, VPO-215 instead
   I would personally avoid M4s and AKs unmodded because they tend to kick a lot and are difficult to control, but as you unlock flea they are very very versatile
