@quick merlin filing cabinets are a great place to find them. If you don’t want to do PMC runs you can go factory as a scav and check the drawers in the office

Filing cabinets are often overlooked so there’s a good chance that as a scav they won’t be looted but ofc going as a PMC onto customs has the highest odds probably
