Scav case is only worth it to get streamer items that you need for kappa container. Since kappa is almost impossible for the majority of the players now, its not worth building it anymore
i'd love a huge reduction in key spawns though, makes them more valuable and makes the intelligence option in scav cases viable too. Plus nowadays you can get a full keyset for any map (besides lab cards) for a few mill and you will never lose them. And there are so many of them too

Every ammo has 2 important stats - pen and flesh damage.
Pen is how high tier the ammo can go thru and ignore.

PP-19 is good cheap scav killing machine, you can suppress it for very cheap. I really like op-sks with bt ammo because i can save some slots for mags and supressor is pretty cheap too. AK74N with 5.45bt is amazing gun with not that much recoil, cheap to mod and cheap, effective ammo.

Youtube tutorials are fine. Best option is probably getting workbench lvl1 and using preset. You can also check guns on wiki and see all things you can mount on them. Tarkov market also has weapon preset tab but sometimes its wrong (you cant fit it on the gun)
