@lusty glacier i would assume -20% as a starting point, but keep in mind that:
a typical helmet will have ~10% reduction, while altyn has almost 20%
a typical armor will have ~10% reduction, but slick has 2% while gen4 has 20%

it's a nice feature for immersion, when you have a heavy loadout you're actually slugish because your sens is 20-30% lower than usual, but it completely different from competetive shooters
