Let's say that I'm shooting slugs with bleed chance and i manage to hit, and black out, an enemy players stomach, resulting in a nice spread of damage to each and every other of the PMC's Limbs.

Being damage technically caused by the slug, but still not hitting directly, does the bleed chance apply to the enemy PMC's other limbs? Or does the bleed chance only apply on the single limb hit?
