Yea; i mean you guys probably are level 1 endurance; level 1 health; level 1 everything
meaning the people your fighting have

• less chance to get a bleed/fracture from you shooting at them (Health+Vitality Skills)
• can run further than you (endurance skill) and jump higher/run faster than you (strength)
• lower recoil on their weapons
• general map knowledge from experience

this game is an MMO; so grinding stats is almost necessary at some point if you want to 'win' fights against people with these stats maxed out
