While playing as PMC, yes kill scavs. But when your a scav and you kill an innocent scav your rep drops by alot. If you kill a scav that killed another scav your rep goes up.

Hacking is real, but getting one shot from range is a thing that happens to us all. Woods is a shooter born in heaven map, so odds are good someone just saw you with a good scope and shot at you in that case.
