The best one is Skier by far
@carmine creek If you don’t give it to Skier you’ll lose way more rep with him than with the others and you’ll have to give him 1Mil roubles.
As a reward from Skier you get Grenade case and you can buy a decent cheap level 4 helmet from Rahman LL3.
Prapor is a horrible choice. Therapist does give you a med case but you’ll get a med case anyway from a different quest.

If someone attacked you & you killed them you wouldn’t get rep. If you killed a scav that already killed a scav their marked as a traitor you gain rep. (So if you kill a guy that killed a traitor you lose rep)

You should go Customs offline, open up mapgenie either on a second monitor, on your phone or just alt tab, then walk around and figure out where you are, visit places, learn where extractions are. Do it like 5 times without scavs, then other 5 times with scavs

As for what to bring, you should always bring a gun with compatible magazines filled with correct type of ammo, wiki can help with that. Always bring meds to heal, fix light bleeding (bandages), heavy bleeding (esmarch) and fractures (splint) from Therapist... Optionally Painkillers if you know when to use them

@dawn warren you can use wiki to know what items to keep or no, and use https://tarkov-market.com/ to know which items are worth, based on slot prices
If you're low level, look for the column "Sell to trader" as you only unlock flea market at level 20
Also through this website you can quickly access the item wiki page to check if it's needed for hideout, quests, barters or crafts.
