You’re mag is empty, which is bad, you have 2 drinks which you don’t need, your only medical item is a tourniquet… you want to bring your mags pre-loaded, medical items for getting shot, and a gun and armor. Don’t bring a shitton of food, don’t bring a buncha loose ammo, and put that key in your pouch so its safe

With player scavs killing you, what I do is regularly announce my presence with voice commands, and if I know where another player is, I'll spam voice lines while trying to bait shots to see if they are friendly or not. Sometimes though a player scav will just betray you and there is nothing to do against that.
