Not all, I've seen pestily run ifaks and afak way more than salewa or grizzly and many others. At the end of the day it's mostly about preference. I rarely run salewa too as it takes more space and with a surv and alu splint in container, the rest, painkillers, hemo, bandage and ifak/afak fits all nicely in pockets
