this is the time it takes to be returned to you if you die in raid and no one takes it

When you die, if you insured an item and no one picked it up, it should come back with the insurance after a given amount of time (24-36h for Prapor). After that you'll have a certain window of time to claim it. Although you don't have to do it right away, similar with receiving money for sold items on the flea, if you fail to claim them on time the "message" will expire and the item will be gone.
