Not really it is just one safe and 2 jackets. Not a lot of loot potential there but it is fast. I would say for pure money it is low payoff but if you are farming for safe items it's mid tier due to the speed. Considering the danger in factory you may be better off farming the safes and jackets in dorms or for a safer one doing the backs of stores on interchange. Just my humble opinion though.

others you need luck and to farm. The task items like bronze pocketwatch and other task specific items have fixed locations and the things like gas analyzers have random spawns

Mapgenie has good maps. Mess with the filters before going in. Offline raids you do not lose or gain anything so it is a good way to practice aim and learn the maps but don't get too stuck doing them because there is no progression. Scav runs are no risk free loot so take advantage. Tons of great guides on YT so search for any task you are doing there for indepth advice. The wiki is excellent @latent rover
