Beastmode, learn customs if possible. Its a hard map because its quite pvp intensive but not impossible

I'm now lvl 4 and I'm doing pretty well in combat, taking down players and scavs alike but I'm having a hell of a time not dying from limb damage/status effects. I've not spent any cash on anything yet so far but should I buy plenty of meds to bring with me? Same can be said with human needs, it's hard to find any water or drinks in raids yet food seems to be plentiful. However I'm just lucky I don't have to regulate my need to crap lmao

No, I'm not keeping it in there, mainly prised loot and money I've found is in there, I'm keeping meds in my pockets or backbag
But meds are hotkeyed fyi, I usually take in bandages, car medkits, the lil orange medkit and splints along with painkillers. It's often not enough from what I've seen. I can survive combat but I'm wounded often from it or the random sniper shot
