a sherpa is some1 who has been picked and assigned the role by the people in charge of the sherpa program. they are people who volunteer time to help people who are new to the game, and help experienced players do different play styles they are not used to
while other people can 'sherpa' you, and its great if they do!

you can check your skill on the skill tab and when there is a red arrow pointing down you get a lot less xp for it so I would stop then. Not sure how many it is.

Character is just standing there maybe running in place. If it happens on your main then someone will kill you and take all your stuff. It's unforgiving.

@civic drift If you read above my message there's loads of people asking for help and grouping, none of them are interacting with each other, I simply wrote my capabilities / what I've been doing over the last 2 weeks of Tarkov and I can help anybody else do the same thing very quickly, a bunch of people spoke to me and we had nice conversations / raids - I helped people with flea market money making when they messaged me about "getting rich" and I took people through woods / customs and watched their back while they looted, I broke peoples legs and let other people finish them for experience, nothing I did was overselling myself 🙂

I'm not really going to continue this past this comment, because it doesn't really behoove anyone. The point I was trying to make is the two sentences containing stats just seemed more boastful. The same message could have been conveyed as region, level, wanting to help teach new players the ropes I just learned, because honestly most lower level people aren't gonna care at all about stats, they are probably just thinking "this person knows more than me" which is great. Helping noobs is great. And it doesn't really matter to me outside of it being just an observation of what you said in your initial post, not the actions surrounding it.

Somebody with lvl 13, regardless of how good they are at pvp, will not be able to help people with that sort of information, unless you are first hand researching it on your own through the wiki.
That said, wanting to help new players is great :) - but even though you are successful you are still a new player :o . I have kappa and still need help sometimes in things that are not my specialties or advanced things

I'm not offering a service or a full game deep training session, I simply offered to help / talk / play with new players. I know a lot about the game, just started putting it all into practice. - I don't have to be a surgeon to teach a kid how to put on a plaster / band-aid.

Keep them and make your intelligence center
Reduces scav cooldown timer by 15%, not much but it’s worth it for me
Or you can sell them and make like 60-80k from fence or flea market it for higher, it’s really up to you my friend

you can't drop people found in raid items
the only things that can ever be found in raid are things that spawn in raid, and things that spawned in raid and you took into your stash
if the item goes back into raid, or on the market, it's not FIR

Pretty quickly yeah, most raids end at about 5 - 10 minutes for me, unless I’m doing factory, then it drops to roughly 2 minutes
