hey guys im fairly new, and i have a question about the pmc spawns in this game : if you look at the 'big red' and 'storage' side of customs, a lot of the maps i see online shows that the spawns in that side of customs are fairly close to one another, like how in storage there are 2 possible pmc spawns, when i load in as a pmc, does the game actually try to put distance in between us, or does the game just randomly put us in any of the possible spawn points? sry for the long question, any help will be appreciated 🙂

Well, luck, really. They physically stick out of PC blocks, besides a few spawns on their own, so either, do an Interchange run for Computers or go for a Customs run, which has 7~ spawn roughly. Woods has one too.

It is very much a more PVP oriented game than survival/exploration/looting
Not to say you have to shoot every person you see, but a lot of people are aggressive and want to kill you. And the price for death is loosing your stuff on you
As far as a more realistic shooter, nothing really shakes a stick at it...
But the game lacks optimization so you do need a good computer to run it well.
Preferrable 16 gb RAM, a decent processor and prob installed to an SSD and decent video card for playability

Gunplay is different from a lot of games i ever played. The guy tries to control the recoil so part of it is you and part of it is him

I bought EOD for $150 USD and I knew id love the game and have played it for a couple of years so to me it was 100% worth.
You get the biggest storage capacity, the biggest safe container from all the editions (better ones can be obtained through gameplay) and some extra starting kit
But if you don't know if you will like get, get standard and you can always upgrade it later on
You don't have to pay full price to upgrade so some people do it in increments as they play
Also you will get the DLC for the eod edition when/if they release the game and start making DLC
but i would say try it out for a few days to a week and see if you enjoy it if you really aren't sure.

Which you can also make money doing, because you can buy a battery for 12k then trade for ADAR, then disassemble the ADAR and sell it to mechanic for over 20k

yes, aslong as you sustain fire they wont even shoot back most of the time. However if you stop hitting them for about 0,5 seconds they will resume firing at you

The factory part is easy if you have squad to cover you

yeah, unfortunately I haven't got the squad to do so, so the quest has just been sitting there for a week or so now
I've got it extracted out of customs but I haven't gone into factory with the docs on me

Face wise no, clothing yes
You can go into the trade menu with ragman and there is a services tab you where you can change your clothing for a fee
basically you can unlock clothes, but a lot of them are locked behind lvls or certain requirements

i think if you shot and hit anybody with 3 mosin shots they are living by a hair

bullet going through then ricochet off the wall behind him then hitting him again counts as 2 hits, also when 1 bullet hit 2 body parts
