@harsh socket best i can tell you is look up trading prices for items, check what sells for same as flea market price to vendors and what doesn't, what you should maybe keep for quests etc. Most of this comes with experience i guess
Hoarding a lot of weapons and stuff might be unneccessary, selling most of it you can then buy what you want when you actually need it
Go therapist, skier, mechanic and check what they buy off of you, in that order they pay the most i think
therapist buys medical and foot items, keys and such - skier mostly buys some clothing and weapon modifications, mechanic buys weapons and ammo and equipment etc
ragman might take wearable items if the others don't
fence buys almost anything if not anything i think, if you have a completely busted armor piece you can maybe sell it for pennies to fence instead of paying too much to repair it

I tried playing this all slow and quiet like a tactical game and got rekt. The moment I started pushing people and being hyper aggressive, I started killing people. Guys im in a really tough spot. I have had this game for a while and I have never really improved to that "expert" level. I know a fair majority of the maps besides reserve and interchange. I understand the basic game mechanics and trading and modding. I am new to this wipe and i am level 3. I cant buy good ammo to kill geared players because I am not high enough level. I cannot complete quests because I can not go a single round without getting either sniped by a scav or gunned down by a highly geared PMC. I am very stuck and I really dont want to quit this game because I feel once I get the hang of it I will love it, but I dont know what to do. Give me your guys' best advice please.

If you play every day, or can jump on to collect insurances then Prapor is fine
Therapist returns items faster, and holds them for much much longer, but is more expensive to compensate

When you are trying a quest with cheap gear and you are trying over and over, might consider mixing a bit of prapor and therapist, it'll still be cheap, and you won't get 4 pages of insurance worth to be recollected in 24h from prapor everyday, cluttering your stash

What I would recommend if you want to invest into a SSD you should be looking at M2 SSDs, but make sure your mainboard is actually compatible with them.
(Or if you want to go with even newer tech then look into M3/NF1)
Actual Sidenote: M2 & M3 (via PCIe) differences to a usual SSD (via SATA3) won't really make a notable difference for you in gaming if you would buy "the fastest you can get"

what do you loot, what maps do you run jonathan?
for example, my usual customs run is hit all the safes in dorms/marked if available + red warehouse + all coats in these areas. i loot all weapon attachments off scavs and off anything i find from players. i always insurance fraud my gear for similar gear and i make money that way pretty reliably
its also important to know what to flea and what to vendor, as fees will actually cost you a significant amount more money than you make on certain items as opposed to vendoring them
also, are you high level? dealer levels are important for minimizing startup investment on your gear. if you are lets say decking out an ADAR via the flea compared to the dealers, the dealers will always save you money

Personally wouldn't recommend customs for loot--no escape routes; the entire map is an ultra wide outdoor 'corridor' funneling you forward or backwards
Interchange/Reserve are better loot maps you can escape a conflict via many winding hallways/floors/obstructed lines of sight to keep you alive with your precious stuff

You dont keep any gear you find but you gain knowledge; worth more than any gear

the PSO is the only one that is scaled "correctly" but the others can be brute forced to work correctly with basic math

So if we treat this reticle as if it were a mil reticle you can use " longest shot distance" to figure out the height of the scavs/players
from there you use the standard mil dot formula
This essentially treats all optics in game as if they were second focal plane
So target height ends up being diffrent for each scope, but the math becomes uniform in its process

if you are at 50m , with a 50m zero, m995 hits like 15 cm high
