once you do that you will be able to purchase an aks-74u from him. The trick in this game is to use good ammo rather than use a good weapon and this aksu comes with a mag full of BP rounds attached to it, wich you normally do not have acces to this early
you can buy like 3 of them. remove the mags from 2 of them and then disassemble and resell them (the aks not the mags)

Ammo is more important than youre firearm. Personally i highly recommend the Vepr KM / VPO-136 7.62. Do NOT use the Vepr AKM/VPO-209, as it only takes .366 ammo, these are pretty awful.
7.62 PS is available from the start and will ensure that you can have a fighting chance against geared players. The SKS accepts the same ammo and is also equally good.
They both carry quite a bit of recoil and you wont yet have the mods available to really mitigate it. The killing power they provide, however, are second to none this early on with the exception of the mosin's LPS GZH rounds, but it's a bolt-action rifle with a very limited amount of ammo and you wont yet have access to sniper scopes to fit on it either (unless you find the appropriate mods to mount one, as i do believe the 3.5x scope for it is available to purchase from the start) which will make it quite hard to use.
Being below lvl 10 is punished very hard in Tarkov as you wont yet have access to the flea market. I don't agree with this decision on the developer's end. Don't give up. It's not an easy game to learn, but once you get the hang of it, you'll come to love it. π

I figured out what my issues is now, the problem is I don't know how to get rid of it without losing to much performance
@fervent mica Turning on Antialiasing to TAA or TAA High gets rid of the problem. Basically its white lines or shadow lines on smaller objects.

also something very important to mention about tarkov is that moving does not influence your accuracy on hip fire. Yes the gun on your screen moves but you will still always shoot accurate, where your laser points. (If you should come from cs:go or similar games you know what moving and shooting while moving does in these games)
