i recommend aimlabs on steam, you can set your game on tarkov and copy the same sensitivity so it'll be like tarkov

i use to only get out like 10% of the time, now i'm on a 7 winning streak with alot of kills

tbh @fathom scaffold using the maps as references, and learning the extracts for pmc and scavs starting off, was what i did and it helped a lot initially. Then I would go in and explore some after that, in raids with both pmc and scavs, started with basic armor and pistol. i did offline raids with scavs and practiced this for around 2 weeks before i even played a real match. I understand, its a lot. Start small, i promise the knowledge will come. I recommend customs first, and may give you a starting boost with the quests as well when you familiarize yourself with the map.

Ive found my first graphics card of the wipe and i dropped in in my container then died and now i cant sell it on the flea, is there anyway to get the found in raid tag on it so i can sell it? like drop to a friend or something?

No its wack I used to be able to use keys a few times before selling them on the market and now you can't cuz if you die they lose their value. Horrible game mechanic! I didnt realize that until after I had my keys in my gamma then died with them so ya no longer valuable.

Adub it mustve been a bug. you can reach out to support but in my experience they dont really give items out for issues

yeah that gets you about 10 runs or so. you should be able to get scav kills and scav runs to supplement other runs until level 10
