@subtle wing tbh sell the single ones. Buy the green bandages since it's 2 uses. Ifak also stops bleeding and bring 2 splints just in case with painkiller. Should be enough for a few encounters

a tip is to take it really slow or extremely fast
i like to take it slow but if that doesn't work you should do more scav runs or hatchet runs i prefer scav.

Customs, it depends on your spawn point. Sometimes, you can be passive, loot and extract without fire

in my opinion reserve is the best way to make money, there is like a dozen graphics card spawns, at least 6 intelligence spawns, fuel spawns all over the map, AESA spawns underneath dome(4 of them to be precise), tetriz spawns, bitcoin spawns, key spawns, multiple paracord spawns,d fuel conditioner,... all accessible without buying keys and you will mostly come across hatchet runners
